Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Front Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting in office Therapists. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop diverse administrative skills within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering the office Answer calls promptly and professionally Manage front desk duties including checking in clients, notifying Therapists, scheduling appointments, and answering any concerns from clients Keep front office area clean and presentable Provide client support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a sometimes fast-paced environment Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and MAC computers Strong computer literacy and Typing accurately Health Insurance knowledge is helpful, but not required Previous experience as a receptionist, medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
