Help us transform our workforce of the future, today. We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support Zions Bancorporation's Cybersecurity and Risk Management functions. This role is a key coordinator for reporting, metrics, team logistics, presentations, committee materials, and other cybersecurity and risk-related assignments. You will work with leaders and teams in varied settings ranging from tracking required presentations and committee materials to arranging logistics for department functions, coordinating vendor engagement, and helping the team to meet requirements for budget, strategic planning, and other key business functions.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management. Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and action items for presentations and committee materials. Prepare and manage records, metrics, and reports regarding operations, schedules, and business processes as assigned. Support the administration of programs, projects, and processes specific to Cybersecurity and Risk Management. Serve as administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations. Train and orient lower-level employees as required. Assist with policy and procedure issues for the department and management. Handle sensitive and confidential situations with discretion. Plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload efficiently. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or Equivalent required; two-year college degree preferred. 10+ years of administrative office, clerical, event coordination, or general business experience. A combination of education and experience may satisfy this requirement. Excellent organizational, customer relations, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with business productivity software and systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, expense submission systems, travel portals, etc.) Ability to capture and summarize outcomes from presentations and committee meetings, including tracking critical points and required action items. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Efficiency and judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries (healthcare, aerospace, etc.) is highly beneficial.
Location:
This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047 The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site, the sustainably built campus is the company's primary technology and operations center.
