Cleaning Full Job Description Job Title:

Mother's Helper / Homemaker (Part-Time) We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Mother's Helper / Homemaker to support the smooth running of households. This part-time position (20-30 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, maintaining a clean and organized home environment, and assisting with daily family routines. Position Overview The Mother's Helper / Homemaker will assist with a variety of household tasks including organizing, cleaning, laundry, scheduling, errands, and occasional childcare and pet care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to anticipate household needs while working independently.

Key Responsibilities Home Organization:

Maintain and improve organization systems throughout the home, including closets, play areas, kitchen, and common spaces.

Cleaning & Household Maintenance:

Perform general housekeeping duties such as tidying, dusting, vacuuming, kitchen cleaning, and bathroom upkeep.

Laundry Care:

Wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing and household linens.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Assist with managing family calendars, appointments, and activity planning.

Errands:

Run household errands such as grocery shopping, returns, pickups, and drop-offs as needed. Childcare Support (as needed): Provide supervision and care for children during short periods, assist with routines, and support safe, engaging activities. Pet Care (as needed): Assist with feeding, walking, and general care of family pets. Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of family privacy Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Prior experience in housekeeping, childcare, or household management preferred Reliable transportation (for errands, if required)

Schedule & Hours Part-time:
