When someone reaches out for help, our front office is often the first voice they hear, and we take that seriously. We're looking for an organized, warm, and dependable person to staff the front desk at either our Ogden or our Logan office and keep the day running smoothly so our clinicians can focus on care. The office opens on time because you're there on time. Dependable. When you say you'll do something, or be somewhere, it happens. Also required High school diploma or equivalent At least [1 year] of office, front desk, or customer service experience — or experience in a mental health or medical setting Confident handling clients three ways: on the phone, over email, and face to face Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets (entering data, sorting and filtering, basic formulas) Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software Able to juggle several priorities at once without losing track of details Works well on a team and also takes initiative without being told what to do next Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information Available to work on site 40 hours per week at our Ogden or Logan office Preferred Experience with SimplePractice or another EHR Experience in a mental health, medical, or dental office Familiarity with insurance verification or medical billing Experience with social media or design tools like Canva Why You'll Like Working Here Meaningful work: you help people take the first step toward care Room to grow — we're expanding, and we promote from within where we can Training on HIPAA, our EHR, and insurance processes A supportive team in a calm, professional setting How to Apply Email your résumé and a few sentences about why this role interests you to Jeff Seamons at .
