Program Management:
Proven track record of managing programs or services within the human services sector, particularly related to individuals with disabilities.Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance:
Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations governing services for individuals with disabilities, ensuring that the organization meets all legal and ethical standards.Crisis Management Skills:
Ability to effectively handle emergency situations and conflicts, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making under pressure.Training and Development Experience:
Ability to design and implement training programs for staff, promoting professional development and best practices in care for individuals with disabilities and fostering an inclusive environment that respects diversity among participants and staff.Strong Advocacy Skills:
Experience advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities, both within the organization and in the broader community.Emotional Intelligence:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with both staff and individuals served, fostering a supportive environment and is able to hold boundaries with others.Ideal Candidate Profile:

Capacity to manage all aspects of operations within assigned group homes. Proactive in directing, developing, and supporting team members.
