Job Description

Job Summary:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will support the office's day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding new subcontractors and vendors. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections. Assist with the ordering and deliveries of materials. Maintain office supplies and order as necessary. Ensure the office environment is always clean, organized, and efficient. Support the office manager with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous office administration for a construction company is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills; written and verbal Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Work Environment:
This role is primarily office-based, with infrequent visits to construction sites. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment are essential.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
