Job Description
We are looking Bilingual English/Spanish receptionist to undertake a variety of clerical tasks. This position is an onsite position which has some flexibility in the hours which range from 24 to 29 hours weekly. You will work under the supervision of an attorney and paralegal office manager. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the lawyer and paralegal staff Filing File preparation and organization of documents Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and partners Greet visitors and perform initial client intakes Prepare forms Provide translation and interpretation for attorney Complete translations of documents Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping agendas and provide timely reminders Skills Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with computers We are willing to train the right person!
