Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail oriented Custom Cabinet Assistant to support our Custom Department Manager in the production of high-quality custom cabinetry. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment. Tasks will vary daily and include assisting with cabinet assembly, sanding, bonding, and other custom fabrication processes. Responsibilities Fabricate custom cabinets, furniture, and fixtures based on blueprints and design specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, table saws and various equipment and machinery. Cut, shape, assemble variety of wood products, laminates and adhesives. Collaborate with team members ensuring all work aligns with project timelines. Ensure finishing product is of high quality of craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
