Dixie Dental is currently seeking a full-time Front Office Assistant in St. George, UT! Front Office Assistant/Receptionist for Dental Office Needed
  • We are open 4 days a week!
Dixie Dental is now accepting resumes for a front office / receptionist position . Applicants need to be well groomed and professional dress is required. Great people skills and friendly demeanor are a must. We are looking for someone with dental experience, familiar with the Dentrix software programs. Excellent verbal and communication skills are required. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking-in patients Updating and confirming patient personal information/insurance information Calling insurance for patient eligibility and benefits Receiving incoming phone calls, screening calls, and confirming patient appointments Checking out patients and reviewing charted procedures for correct billing Billing insurance companies
  • sending x-rays and narratives Calling insurance regarding outstanding claims and resolving claim issues Scheduling patients for hygiene and doctor appointments and keeping the schedule full Reading insurance EOBs and entering insurance payments.
Schedule:
30-32 hours per week. Monday-Thursday. Monday/Tuesday 9 am
  • 5 pm, Wednesday 7 am
  • 2 pm and Thursday 8 am
  • 3 pm Starting pay is based on experience and knowledge.
