Job Description
Red Rock Property Management is looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our team! We are a locally owned, employee-focused company with a supportive and team-oriented culture. We are always looking for motivated individuals to join our team, contribute fresh ideas, and grow within the company. As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing rental property applications and screening prospective tenants. Our leasing team works closely together to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants while providing exceptional service and support throughout the leasing process. In this role, you will answer phone calls and emails daily, respond to tenant and applicant inquiries, and perform a variety of administrative office duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, along with the ability to type accurately, work efficiently on a computer, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Skills Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks. Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Resourceful and proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional attitude, appearance, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Proficiency in typing, computer software, and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar). Previous customer service or property management experience preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.
