In this role, you will help clients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout their engagement with the firm. The Intake Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining organized client communications and supporting daily office operations. Bilingual skills in Spanish are desirable to better serve our diverse client base. Duties Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued. Make follow-up calls to clients or prospective clients as needed to gather additional information or provide updates. Collect and document intake information accurately, listening carefully to clients' needs and concerns. Assist in organizing and managing client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up. Support daily office tasks related to client intake processes, maintaining organized records and documentation. Help create a positive first impression of the firm by providing excellent customer service during all interactions. Qualifications Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and convey information clearly. Prior experience in an administrative or client-facing role is preferred but not required. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are desirable to effectively communicate with a broader range of clients. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and empathetic attitude towards clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a professional legal team dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
