This is a full-time, long-term position with opportunities for growth within the real estate and property management industry.
Position Overview:
We are looking for someone with a great attitude who can jump in wherever needed and help keep our office running smoothly. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls from tenants, owners, and vendors Assist with tenant communications and maintenance requests Provide general administrative support including billing, filing, and data entry Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups Support the team with day-to-day office operations and special projects Assist with light property-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); QuickBooks experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
