Position Description:
Position Summary We're looking for an organized, dependable, and friendly Office Assistant to help keep our Sandy office running smoothly. (We have two locations currently, one office in Sandy and one in Draper.) This person will be the face of our front office, greeting visitors, managing mail and deliveries, keeping shared spaces stocked and organized, and helping conference room set up for company meetings primarily in our Sandy office. What You'll Do Welcome visitors, employees, and vendors with a friendly, professional attitude. Receive and sign for packages, then distribute deliveries throughout the office. Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail. Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting. Stock kitchens, breakrooms, and other shared spaces with snacks, drinks, and office supplies. Set up the conference room for company meetings. Help with meeting setup and cleanup. Keep an eye on office and kitchen supplies and let the team know when it's time to reorder. Jump in to help with other office projects and day-to-day tasks as needed. What We're Looking For A friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills. Someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys staying on top of multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Able to work independently while also being a team player. Previous experience in an office, receptionist, or administrative role is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office during the workday. Ability to lift and carry packages or office supplies up to 30 pounds.
