  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Secretarial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in clerical duties and office management, with proficiency in transcribing and typing.
  • Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Transcribe notes and correspondence
  • Type documents, reports, and forms
  • Assist with insurance administrative tasks
  • Perform front desk duties as needed
  • Coordinate calendar management for appointments and meetings
  • Assist with office management tasks
  • Support the team with various clerical duties
  • Experience:
  • The successful candidate should ideally possess:
  • Previous experience as a clerk, real estate administrative assistant, dental receptionist, personal assistant, or in office management
  • Proficiency in transcribing and typing accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively This position offers:
