Position Overview:
ITSC is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's Sector Risk Management Engagement activities. This position will provide administrative, organizational, meeting, and executive-support services to Sector Management leadership and Sector Risk Management Agencies. The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage schedules, documents, correspondence, and meeting logistics in classified and unclassified environments. Key Responsibilities ? Provide administrative and organizational support to Sector Management leadership. ? Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, deadlines, and recurring activities. ? Assist with planning classified and unclassified sector-specific and cross-sector meetings. ? Coordinate registration, scheduling, logistics, attendee lists, agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and onsite support. ? Record attendance and prepare clear, accurate meeting notes and summaries. ? Prepare post-engagement documentation and update action-item trackers within required timelines. ? Maintain membership lists, distribution lists, participation records, contact information, and related documentation. ? Track correspondence, assignments, action items, milestones, deliverables, and suspense dates. ? Support document routing, review, approval, and final distribution. ? Prepare and format memoranda, meeting materials, briefing packages, reports, correspondence, and leadership-ready products. ? Maintain electronic files, logs, trackers, records, and document inventories. ? Assist with updating sector charters, bylaws, procedural documents, and other governance materials. ? Perform proofreading and quality-control reviews for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and formatting. ? Support rapid meeting coordination and document preparation during urgent operational or national-level events. ? Handle classified meeting materials and notes in accordance with applicable security procedures. ? Assist with monthly status reports documenting calendar coordination, correspondence, meeting activity, and task completion. ? Perform additional administrative and program-support duties as assigned. Required Qualifications One to three years of administrative, executive support, office management, program support, or government-support experience. ? Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access. ? U.S. citizenship. ? Experience scheduling meetings, managing calendars, maintaining records, or tracking action items and deadlines. ? Ability to prepare accurate correspondence, meeting materials, reports, and summaries. ? Strong organizational, proofreading, written communication, and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. ? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to short-notice requirements. ? Ability to communicate professionally with senior officials, government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders. ? Ability to work onsite in classified environments and protect sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications ? Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, management, or a related field. ? Previous experience supporting DHS, CISA, another federal agency, or a government contractor. ? Experience supporting government councils, working groups, committees, or senior leadership. ? Familiarity with critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, emergency management, or national security programs. ? Experience using SharePoint, document-routing systems, task-management platforms, or collaboration tools. ? Knowledge of federal records-management and document-control requirements. ? Experience coordinating classified meetings and handling classified documentation. Work Environment Work will primarily be performed at CISA facilities in Arlington, Virginia. Classified duties must be completed at an authorized government facility. Telework for unclassified duties may be permitted with government approval.
