Position Summary - US Citizenship is Required We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, and other communications. Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service. Maintain office filing systems, records, and databases. Organize and maintain conference rooms. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and scanning. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
