Our team shares our clients' roots, and that shapes how we listen, how we serve and how we fight for every case. The role You are the face of our Falls Church office and the first person our clients meet. You'll keep the front office running smoothly and support our legal team on active cases: Client experience: Welcome new and returning clients, open new cases, and handle payments and contracts with care and accuracy.
Case support:
Prepare immigration forms and filing packets under attorney supervision, and keep client files complete and up to date.
Office operations:
Manage incoming mail and documents, the office calendar, and daily coordination with our team in the U.S. and Latin America.
