Job Description:

JustinBradley's client is a non profit organization focused on the collaboration within the financial sector. Our client is seeking an experienced Program Administrative Assistant to join this high performing, highly dynamic team. The Program Administrative Assistant will support several Executives with scheduling and meeting logistics, serving as a point of contact for internal and external interactions. As part of a small office where 'all hands are on deck', the Program Administrative Assistant will also take on tasks relating to office operations and program initiatives. Highlighted Responsibilities Manage scheduling and calendars of several Executive team members Coordinate meeting logistics and event planning including booking space, preparing agendas and materials, invitation/visitor management, etc. Arrange travel and accommodations Help maintain office systems, files and records Provide administrative support for other team members You'll Bring These Qualifications Prior experience providing department/company wide project or program administrative support Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Must be able to qualify for secret level clearance Background Check is required Compensation range: starting at $90,000 JustinBradley is an EO employer - Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories
