Job Description

Job Description Schedule and coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements, maintain Vice President of Sales' calendar. Perform Accounts Payable functions, including matching packing lists with invoices and entering invoices into accounting software. Draft correspondence; prepare reports and charts. Respond to requests for information verbally or in writing. Maintain and update records. May order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Provide assistance to sales team including scheduling vehicle maintenance. Provide miscellaneous office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, process incoming and outgoing mail, etc. Qualifications Required High School diploma, Associate or Technical degree or equivalent. 2 - 3 years of directly related work experience minimum. Thorough working knowledge of e-mail and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with Mail Merge, letter writing and creating labels. Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and basic Excel formulas. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. Ability to use a printer, copier, telephone and fax machine. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Minimum basic knowledge of at least one widely used accounting software.
