Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and discreet part time Personal Assistant to support a founder with personal tasks and light business administration. This position is primarily in person throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. The schedule will be approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours in the future. Responsibilities Manage appointments, reminders, and calendar updates Make restaurant, travel, and personal reservations Assist with emails, notes, and basic follow ups Run local errands and handle returns or pickups Coordinate household appointments, deliveries, and vendors Help organize clothing, packages, and personal items Assist with packing and travel preparation Help coordinate vendors, deliveries, reservations, and setup for occasional dinners or small events Take clear and polished iPhone photos and videos when needed Provide light administrative support for Business Occasionally travel domestically or internationally with the founder The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable handling both personal and business related tasks. The person should communicate well, follow instructions, manage changing priorities, and work independently. Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, concierge, household assistant, or in hospitality is helpful, but we are open to a capable person with transferable experience. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Legally authorized to work in the United States Comfortable working primarily in person Available for occasional evenings or weekends with advance notice Valid passport and willingness to travel when needed Comfortable using email, calendars, smartphones, and basic apps Professional references Willingness to complete a background and driving record check
Pay:
