Data Center Construction Locations:

Herndon, VA The Role We're supporting a Top-25 ENR-ranked national GC with an expanding data center portfolio in hiring multiple VP of Operations leaders. This executive will lead project delivery, profitability, client relationships, and operational performance across multiple large-scale data center projects. Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of data center projects from preconstruction through closeout. Drive performance across schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability. Lead key client, design, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and operations teams. Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and project risk. Resolve escalated issues and drive consistent execution across the portfolio. Qualifications 15-20+ years of construction leadership experience , including significant data center/mission-critical experience. Proven track record with a large General Contractor delivering complex, large-scale projects. Experience leading multiple project teams and senior operations staff. Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and civil construction. Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, and client relationships. Strong executive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience leading multiple simultaneous data center or hyperscale builds. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Self-perform experience.
