Description:

Job Description Seeking an energetic, part time Program Assistant to join our team in mid August! You will perform a wide variety of tasks to support the activities of a growing, dynamic K-12 learning center located in Herndon/Reston, convenient to Fairfax County Parkway, Dulles Toll Road, and new Herndon Metro stop.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist families with check-in Answer questions Support classroom instructors Assist with set-up and clean-up for scheduled classes, clubs, events, special events Prepare email and text communications Assist with administrative tasks related to attendance and enrollment

Qualifications:

Outgoing personality, customer-service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Take initiative and be proactive in anticipating tasks that need to be done Experience working with school-aged students ages

Hours/Duration:

4 days per week from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm 35 weeks per year (mid-August to mid-June), with options for reduced, flexible hours in the summer\nCompany Description Compass was founded in 2012.
