Job Description
Wellness clinic has an immediate need for a part-time front desk administrative assistant. The perfect candidates will have a friendly smile, welcoming personality, is a quick learner, and can multi-task. Someone that is versatile and can role with the changes is best. Must take initiative to learn about our products and ingredients quickly because your main job will be answering questions about our services. Main duties include answering phones, scheduling clients, checking clients in and out. You will be responsible for answering questions about services, pricing, memberships, and packages. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Getting the office open and ready for the day
- Confirming and transferring clients to correct practitioner
- Make sure snacks are stocked
- Checking company email
- Confirming health forms are completed and signed
- Client follow up after appointments
- Help clients water/tea if needed
- Inventory
- Ordering supplies
- Whatever is needed The days are Monday from 9AM
- 5PM, Tuesday 9AM
- 3PM and Thursdays 9AM
- 6PM.
Pay:
$18.00- $20.
