Job Description
Fiber Network Services is a premier communications contractor, providing comprehensive fiber optic cable network solutions to major clients such as Cox Communications, Comcast Cable, Crown Castle, and more. We proudly serve five states and Washington D.C., ensuring reliable and high-speed internet connectivity through Fiber Optic and Coaxial systems. FNS is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Headquarters location in Manassas, VA . Will be responsible for managing and maintaining subcontractor compliance documentation, ensuring all required forms, agreements, and certifications are completed, accurate, and up to date. This role supports operational efficiency by verifying that subcontractors meet company, legal, and contractual requirements before and during project execution. Key Responsibilities (But not limited to): Review, track, and manage all subcontractor onboarding documents, including: Subcontractor Information Forms W-9 Forms Direct Deposit/ACH Forms Master Service Agreements (MSA) Insurance Certificates and Agreements Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards. Maintain organized digital records of all subcontractor files and ensure proper version control. Monitor expiration dates for insurance, licenses, and certifications; follow up for renewals Verify subcontractor qualifications, licenses, and insurance coverage prior to project start. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met before issuing work orders. Communicate with subcontractors regarding missing or incomplete documentation. Assist in audits by providing accurate and up-to-date compliance records. Support continuous improvement of compliance processes and documentation workflows.
