The Administrative Assistant provides support to our team of attorneys and staff depending on the needs of each individual. The anticipated schedule is 2 days per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate would be a mature professional that enjoys working with others but appreciates/understands that this position requires a high level of independence in a small, quiet office. Required Qualifications Previous experience working in a professional setting as a secretary, receptionist, or administrative assistant is desired. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organization skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Independent thinker with an eye for initiative. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day reception support, including greeting and directing occasional clients, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and client intake. Caring for various office space needs such as ordering supplies, and light cleaning. Assist with client billing with the potential for it to become sole responsibility. Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
