In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. You'll take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in lively environments, and has a knack for making guests feel at home. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements, providing a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards, including cocktail and beverage service. Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and drink options based on guest preferences. Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining, or nightlife venues such as nightclubs is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques. Strong customer service skills with an ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously. Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills. Experience in upselling and sales transactions processing to maximize revenue opportunities.
