We are seeking a dependable, organized and detail-oriented professional to provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and can easily adapt to changing priorities. Key Responsibilities Assist with purchasing, ordering, receiving and tracking items Maintain inventory and monitor supplies Organize and track projects, tasks, deadlines, and materials Perform general office administrative duties Run errands and pick up supplies as needed Communicate professionally and keep information, supplies, and work areas organized Take on additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills Highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills Able to prioritize, multitask and adapt to changing needs Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Comfortable learning new systems and handling a variety of responsibilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if needed for job-related errands EOE Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skills.
