Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and assisting with various tasks to maintain a productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Support classrooms as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, secretary, or relevant role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
