Full Time Position:
Full time, entry level position for an energetic, detail oriented, highly motivated person to coordinate schedules and work on projects with both our sales and franchise support departments for a fast-paced franchise education company that is a leader in children's art education services. MUST be able to work onsite in our Sterling, VA offices.
Skill Requirements:
Suited for a smart individual with excellent telephone, interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to create positive personal connections and actively participate on team initiatives. Must be able to multi-task and have strong technology skills: Email marketing, Webinar coordination, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in the education industry, franchising and marketing is a plus. Following:
- Schedule calls and facilitate sales process
- Manage general office responsibilities, phones and supplies
- Manage on-going sales process with candidates, that includes telephone and email communication
- Manage on-going Internet Marketing Initiatives
- Facilitate communication with outside consultants
- Track sales process through company's contact management system
- Monitor and update all company information related to sales and franchise support
- Insure and track delivery of all company related documents
- Participate in company projects, team efforts, training and customer support services as needed

- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm onsite in our headquarters
