Job Description

Person needed for immediate start to fill an invoicing position focusing on order processing and supportive tasks for office staff in a firearms business. Workplace can be busy and fast paced! Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
Job Duties:
  • Process credit cards, orders, and invoices daily using Sage & Zendesk CRM software
  • Balance credit card batches daily using payment merchant software
  • File & organize customer paperwork & scan electronic copies daily
  • Manage correspondence via email and phone with customers daily, some face-to-face interaction required for showroom sales
  • Process shipping labels for parcels using UPS, Fedex, and USPS software daily
  • Data entry in Zendesk CRM software to update customer account information
  • Audit packing slips and paperwork for parcels before driver pickup daily
  • Manage daily task list and workload prioritization
  • Process literature requests daily for customers and routinely take mail batches to post office when ready
  • Assist with data projects as needed in customer information databases
Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent computer proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email programs
  • Ability to switch between several different computer programs quickly to process shipments
  • Ability to think quickly and independently
  • Ability to read/understand order processing and payment information paperwork
  • Ability to learn general firearms/product knowledge & nationwide shipping regulations
  • Manage time and tasks efficiently while multi-tasking
  • Excellent written communication skills, professional phone skills, and strong organizational skills required
  • Attention to detail and numerical data including serial numbers required
  • Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs, sit or stand for long periods of time; frequently lift, pull, push parcels; and reach floor height items
  • Sage 300 ERP (or other accounting software) and CRM software experience preferred
  • 10-Key calculator proficiency and fast typing speed required
  • Must be at least 21 years old, pass full criminal background & DMV record check, and drug test No in-person inquiries, interviews made by appointment only.
