Overview:

Pure Dental is looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Dental Assistant / Front Desk Float to join our growing practice in Woodbridge, VA. This is a unique position for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working in both the clinical and front-office areas of a dental practice. You will help wherever the team needs you most—from assisting our doctors and supporting sterilization and room turnover to helping with phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and other front-desk responsibilities.

Pay Range:

$23

•$25 per hour, depending on experience

•4:00 PM Benefits Bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Free CE courses provided by our affiliated vendors Key Responsibilities Chairside dental assisting Preparing and turning over treatment rooms Sterilization and maintaining clinical flow Taking dental X-rays Supporting doctors and hygienists as needed Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Assisting with patient check-out Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front office Stepping into different areas of the practice as needed to keep the day running smoothly Desired Qualifications & Skills 1+ years of hands-on dental assisting and front desk experience is required Reliable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients Flexible and willing to help wherever needed Detail-oriented and organized Able to multitask in a busy dental environment A true team player with a positive attitud Comfortable learning both clinical and administrative systems
