What You'll Do Support people in building their lives by connecting them to community resources, services, and opportunities Be a steady presence —listening, problem-solving, mediating, and helping navigate challenges Coordinate and monitor support to ensure plans remain effective, respectful, and person-centered Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners
What We're Looking For Experience:
Related experience in human services, education, healthcare, social services, or a helping profession is helpful—but direct experience in developmental services is not required
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute
Skills:
Strong organization, communication, empathy, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Mindset:
Curious, compassionate, and willing to learn
Position Details Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support
Pay:
Starting at $24.09/hour , plus a generous on-call stipend and additional pay for emergency responses
