full-time Agility Partners is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced organization within a Fortune 15 technology company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys partnering with leadership, and can independently manage competing priorities with minimal oversight. This position supports teams focused on product design, user research, content, and engineering experiences, while serving as a trusted operational partner to leaders and stakeholders across the organization. What You'll Do Manage complex executive and partner-level calendars Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities Support onboarding and offboarding activities Plan team events, morale initiatives, and organizational logistics Track action items and ensure timely follow-up Partner with leadership to anticipate business needs and solve problems proactively Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Support operational, financial, and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For 2-4+ years of Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Support, or related experience Strong experience managing complex calendars for leaders or large teams Advanced Outlook and scheduling skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating events, meetings, or team operations Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise Ideal Background Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously Large enterprise or Microsoft experience is a plus Customer service experience is highly valued Event planning, morale events, and team operations experience
