Position:
Intake & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time) Overview Bellevue Counseling is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Reception and Intake Adminstrative Coordinator to support our client intake operations and administrative workflows. This role is well suited for a young professional (early career, 1-3 years of experience) who is looking to build strong professional skills in client services, healthcare operations, or practice management. You will play an important role in shaping the client experience from first contact onward while gaining hands-on exposure to operational processes in a growing mental health practice. This position offers meaningful responsibility, professional development, and flexibility.Hours & Compensation Part-time:
approximately 20-30 hours per week Hourly rate: $24.00- 27.00 per hour , depending on experience Benefits include: Dental Insurance, 401k with match, Sick Pay. Key Responsibilities This role is in person at our Bellevue office. You will be the first voice and first face people encounter, so genuine warmth matters as much as organization. Coordinate client intake processes, including responding to inquiries and guiding clients through next steps Support scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Buisness 365 Assist billing team with adminstrative duties Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact via phone and email Maintain accurate records through data entry and organized documentation practices Support internal coordination by tracking requests and ensuring timely follow-through Assist with administrative projects and operational tasks that support day-to-day clinic operations Qualifications Attention to detail, highly organized. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, client services, or coordination role (healthcare, legal, education, or customer-facing environments preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational habits Comfort using office tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Word/Excel, and scheduling systems Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and reliability Interest in mental health, wellness, or healthcare operations is a plus Why This Role Is a Strong Career Step Professional, resume-building experience in a healthcare setting Exposure to intake operations, client experience, and practice workflows Opportunity to develop transferable skills in communication, coordination, and operations Supportive team environment with clear expectations and training Potential for increased responsibility or expanded hours over timeWebsite :
