Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely assistance to employees, visitors, and internal teams by resolving workplace-related questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate daily office activities to help ensure facilities, shared spaces, and workplace services operate efficiently.
- Build strong working relationships across the office to promote engagement, responsiveness, and a positive employee experience.
- Share clear updates about workplace programs, services, and office procedures so employees remain informed and supported.
- Organize schedules and service requests, including dispatch-related coordination for workplace or facilities needs.
- Support wellness and employee-focused initiatives by helping plan, communicate, and execute office programs and events.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to requests, directing inquiries appropriately and following through on outstanding needs.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the smooth day-to-day function of the workplace.
