Headquartered in St. Augustine, Florida, with 27 sites around the U.S. in Washington State, California, Michigan, Ohio, New York, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Puerto Rico. Position overview:
Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising office staff. Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors and site managers. Record business transactions using the (CAMITS) system Invoices. Work with, calculators, databases, and bank accounts. Assist employees traveling for business purposes with traveling arrangements including hotel accommodations and rental cars/ transportation.
Position Responsibilities:
Typical duties include but are not limited to the following. Duties vary by assignment. Assist the Senior Accounting Manager in performing all Accounts Payable functions. Such duties include but are not limited to: Vouchers for all incoming invoices, checks, account statements, reports, travel expenses and other records. Vouchers for department approval; distributing vouchers for corporate approval. Input Accounts Payable data into CAMITS after all approvals have been made. Get checks signed to ensure that bills are paid on time. Open and sort office mail. Prepare material for mailing, ensuring that appropriate copies are maintained and filed, according to departmental guidelines. Communicate information and requirements to Supervisors, peers, and subordinates via telephone, email, and in person. Represent the organization to customers, the public, and the Government. Practice good housekeeping, tool control. Maintain awareness of the safety program at all times.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, High Risk security clearance. Must have 2 years relatable experience to this position. Extremely Generous Benefits Plan.
