Serve as the first point of contact for drivers, check carriers in and out, assign dock doors, and coordinate shipment schedules. Verify shipping and receiving paperwork, maintain shipment records, and enter data accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Communicate with warehouse and transportation teams regarding arrivals, no-shows, schedule changes, and load completion status.What This Opportunity Offers:
