Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an entry level candidate who is open to learning about different aspects of a small business. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and can stay organized. We are a growing wholesale business that supplies Gas Stations, Convenience Stores and Smoke Shops. Responsibilities Oversee and assist daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in purchasing, accounting, logistics, and other office tasks Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency. Cashier on the sales floor if need be Outreach and marketing to customers Requirements None to some experience in office management or as an administrative clerk is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (Korean, Hindi, Punjabi) candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks performed. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office operations.
