Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Kennewick, WA. The Office Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of Reach Supported Living, ensuring smooth operations and helping to create an efficient and welcoming environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys contributing to a team that makes a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment for clients, families, and staff. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding Reach Supported Living services. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other written materials. Manage inventory and order office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace. Assist with data entry, billing support, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Coordinate communication between different departments to facilitate seamless operations. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to help where needed. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
