Summary:
The Administrative Assistant II serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing administrative support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Customer Service. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer Multi-line phone system with professionalism Prepare paperwork for outbound shipments and Will-Call pickups Schedule outbound shipments Light filing and invoice matching Accounts Payable invoice data entry Prepare marketing material for shipping Call customers and schedule returns Track inbound shipments daily Order and maintain office supplies Process credit card and cash payments Backup for
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Requirements:
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in an administrative, front-desk, or customer service role preferred Experience with accounts payable or data entry is a plus
Knowledge and Personal Attributes:
Ability to operate a multi-line phone system Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Ability to enter and manage data accurately and efficiently Professional, courteous demeanor when representing the company to customers and visitors Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion RANDYS Worldwide is an equal-opportunity employer.
