Our Company Suttell & Hammer, P.S. strives to be the pre-eminent creditors-rights law firm in the nation. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality and efficient legal representation to our clients. We have expanded our practice into 11 states and represent major U.S. banks. We are looking to bring on new talent that will help us continue to succeed as we grow! Currently we are looking for a great Administrative Assistant to fill some of the gaps in our office. We seek an upbeat, responsible individual that can work well within a team. General Duties Assist in hiring process: applicant review, interview scheduling Onboarding employees: background check screening process, first day-prep, tours and first day integration Offboarding employees: resetting the office for a new employee, roster management
Inventory:
ensuring we have an adequate supply of office supplies, updating location of items on internal inventory boards Employee compliance: testing management, timecard review, auditing license statuses Other duties as assigned: hire should be eager and available to jump in on misc. needs of the Firm, running errands Assisting various legal departments as needed: during slow seasons, this position may assist legal departments with simple tasks to keep production moving Position reports to the Firm's HR Manager Compensation, Benefits & Other Base pay $22-23/ hour Medical and Dental are offered at 60 days employment Paid Time Off begins accruing at 90 days Paid Holidays at 90 days Subsidized gym membership available D.O.E. Free parking 401k at 6% match available after 1 year No Required Experience or Education We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to the right person.
