- Empowered Physical Therapy PLLC is looking for an Administrative Assistant!
- We're not looking for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk and answer phones. We're looking for someone warm, capable, organized, slightly type-A-in-the-best-way, who notices when the sign is crooked, can take tasks to the finish line, can figure out a computer system with minimal guidance, and genuinely enjoys making people feel warm inside.

- We're a pelvic floor specialty clinic helping people heal and get their lives back from traditionally taboo pelvic, intimate, & abdominal issues We work with patients through pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, abdominopelvic surgery recovery, athletic performance, and menopause.

You don't have to be a healthcare professional. But you do need to genuinely care about helping people.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Your days will be a mix of patient care support, organization, communication, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Managing clinician calendars and administrative systems Processing payments and handling routine administrative tasks Communicating with medical providers and community colleauges Helping patients navigate the process of getting care Keeping our front desk and clinic organized and welcoming Supporting clinic systems and workflows Helping with marketing, projects, and community outreach as opportunities arise Tidying, organizing, decorating, cleaning, and occasionally making the clinic extra cute Noticing things that need to be done, and doing them This is a hands-on role. Some days you'll be answering phones. Some days you'll be organizing a project. Some days you'll be troubleshooting something weird. Some days you'll be fluffing pillows and making the clinic look fabulous. Flexibility is key.THE SCHEDULE
- This is currently a part-time position at 25.
Our current needs are ideally:
Mondays:
8:00 AM- 4:30
PM Tuesdays:
10:00 AM- 1:00
PM Wednesdays:
8:00 AM- 4:30
PM Fridays:
8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
PAY & BENEFITS
- $18-22/hour to start, with opportunities for additional hours, benefits, and increased responsibility as the clinic grows Sick pay of 1 hr per 40 hours worked 3%
