Job Summary The Service Administrative Assistant is responsible for owning various aspects of the Pasco service center, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This person will also oversee the Pasco Service Center warehouse, including receiving and shipping materials in a timely manner. To achieve success, this team member will collaborate effectively with the Pasco service team and the supply chain team located in Boise, Idaho. In addition, this team member will be relied upon for front desk back-up support, and other administrative tasks to achieve and sustain service center success. Primary Job Responsibilities Receive new shipments physically and digitally (ERP) Package and ship items out of the warehouse with accuracy Inventory warehouse regularly to maintain accurate cycle counts Collaborate with supply chain to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement Support service center with tasks including will-call parts pickups, front desk coverage, and occasional local errands Own yard organization and cleanliness Operate with the utmost focus on team member and customer safety Proactively seek tasks that will improve team efficiency and space utilization Requirements and Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Proficient in

Google Suite Bilingual:

Spanish and English is a must Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Warehouse experience is highly preferred although not required

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
