POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure smooth operation of the school's daily functions Communicate with administrators and assigned staff regarding building use and facility needs Provide customer service to parents who call or come into the office Manage the campus calendars and the principal's calendars; support internal calendar use with booking facility needs and working with district-wide calendars Support and collaborate with the office team for specific events and campus activities Support programs and needs connected to the school (i.e., Cougar Club and McAlder Early Learning Center) Partner with parents and the district nurse to manage medication and medical needs for students on campus, and help support staff with students' medical needs Book meetings and connect with outside contractors for campus needs (i.e., photography, phone and printer issues, facility needs, water supply, etc.) Maintain current and confidential school records, create new school records, and update health information in FACTS Oversee and manage the ordering of supplies for the building Support staff timecard management with campus supervisors Attend weekly staff meetings and devotionals, and support meeting needs with agenda printouts, calendar reminders, and check-ins with staff Facilitate campus communication in partnership with district support and admin Manage the substitute needs for the campus by communicating with those affected and reporting in systems for payment Collaborate with safety and security for emergency drills and urgent needs as well as reports via appropriate channels Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Christian role model in attitude, speech, and action
Must be at least 18 years old Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent Prior job-related experience in an office environment Excellent and experienced customer service and a positive attitude Team player with a collaborative attitude Ability to attend and help at staff devotions/meetings Ability to work independently Proficient in the use of computers and software Good listening skills CPR certified or willing to become certified Flexibility and availability Excellent oral and written communication skills An attitude of support and encouragement Organizational skills
WORK HOURS
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 1/2-hour lunch. This is an in-office year-round position and includes limited evening and weekend work.

SALARY RANGE:
$22.00 - $26.00
