The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented, service-focused administrative professional to join our Operations team in Renton, Washington as an Office & Administrative Assistant. How you will make an impact at TPG The Office & Administrative Assistant will keep our Seattle Metro office running smoothly through reliable administrative support, front desk backup, and strong partnership with leadership. This individual will help plan and execute office and company events, coordinate schedules, and ensure a highly professional in-office experience. As a trusted problem-solver, they will triage questions, manage daily priorities, and support teams across the organization. This role is well-suited for someone who is adaptable, people-centric, calm under pressure, and energized by variety - equally comfortable at the front desk, coordinating events, and supporting executives! A typical day in this role Support leaders with scheduling meetings, travel, and expense coordination Provide full-time backup to the Front Office Coordinator, including phones and guest reception Process incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and daily scanning/logging of documents Maintain conference rooms, kitchen areas, and overall office appearance Assist with planning and executing office/company events and logistics Manage office, kitchen, and equipment supplies and inventories with the Front Office Coordinator Key detailsTitle:

Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for short distances, operate a computer and phone system, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.Travel:

What you'll bring to the table 2+ years in administrative roles (strongly preferred) or customer service in a professional office environment Ability to fully cover front desk operations when needed Strong communication, professionalism, and client-facing presence Experience or interest in corporate/event coordination Excellent organization and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems Ability to work in-person in Renton, WA, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm What will make you really stand out Experience supporting executives and handling confidential information Strength in office operations, supplies, or vendor coordination Experience in insurance or professional services Familiarity with AMS360 or similar systems A positive, flexible, can-do style with a growth mindset Why join The Partners Group?
