Job:
The Branch Administrator is a vital part of the branch team, ensuring the seamless execution of administrative, financial, and project coordination activities. This role partners closely with leadership, project teams, and cross-functional departments to support daily operations, maintain organization, and help drive overall branch efficiency and success. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the branch team and leadership Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) functions Post and maintain monthly safety meeting materials and documentation Process bi-weekly credit card transactions in a timely and accurate manner Generate, maintain, and post job files Coordinate new hire onboarding in partnership with the Human Resources team Support project management activities, including: Reviewing timesheets Assisting with invoicing Coordinating with vendors Managing permits Arranging travel logistics Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks effectively Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Valid driver's license requiredBenefits:
