Key Responsibilities As a DC Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding administrative support to the distribution center team. Coordinating and managing documentation, records, and files with strict attention to detail. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications. Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls. Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures. Collaborating with team members to determine and successfully implement process improvements. Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines. Requirements To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a distribution center or similar environment. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining accuracy in all tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.   • Pay Range:
  • $15.00
  • $22.69
  • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
  • Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
