Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Seattle/Bellevue, WA area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership of day-to-day operations, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide a blend of office administration, property management support, and personal assistant responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, become a trusted resource, and contribute to smooth business and property operations. The environment is supportive, team-oriented, and well-suited for someone seeking a long-term career path with variety, autonomy, and meaningful responsibility. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, phone calls, emails, and general administrative inquiries.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, complete data entry, support recordkeeping, order office supplies, coordinate vendors, and assist with special projects.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests, inspections, repairs, vendor follow-up, tenant communications, lease tracking, insurance documents, and property records.
  • Support rent collection tracking, vendor invoice processing, property reporting, and accurate property file management.
  • Manage personal assistant tasks including appointments, reservations, errands, deliveries, travel planning, events, recurring deadlines, and confidential personal or business information. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
