(8-30 hours per week) Morning Position Overview LEHI is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks across corporate and project operations. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who can work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to corporate leadership and operations teams Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling (Microsoft Teams & Outlook) Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and digital filing systems Support onboarding documentation and coordination for new hires Assist with invoice tracking, basic AP/AR support, and expense documentation Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information Perform other administrative duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High level of professionalism and discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives or corporate teams Familiarity with government contracting or professional services environments Experience with accounting or CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite, Salesforce) is a plus Compensation Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience Flexible part-time schedule
