Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
To enhance the Administration Office by providing customer relation skills to visitors and /or team members. Answer multi-line phone, take team member call-ins, and give information. Receive and route forms and correspondence to department team members. Process, sort, and route daily internal and external mail for departments to include the Hotel, QCC, Bingo, and Tribal Entities. Performs computer word processing and some clerical work. Must adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Successful completion of Guest Service and/or Cash Handling training may be considered in lieu of experience requirements.
SKILLS:
Must be able to type 25 wpm. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of six (6) months work experience answering multi-line phones. Minimum of six (6) months guest service experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must have a valid Washington State Drivers License, possess and maintain personal automobile insurance. Will be required to use personal vehicle for routing daily external mail to Tribal Entities as requested. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal License or Permit. Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and /or holidays. Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
